This Customer License is part of the Seen & Ready Terms of Purchase and Use.
1. License grant
After a valid purchase, Mobius Enterprises LLC grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, and modify one copy of the purchased Seen & Ready customer workspace for that purchaser's own job search. An adult parent or legal guardian may instead purchase and designate the license for one minor's supervised job-search use. The adult may assist and supervise that minor, but the license may not be shared with or transferred to another user.
The purchaser may make reasonable private backup copies and may copy or export the purchaser's own career information and AI-assisted application materials.
For the direct seven-day free trial described in section 2A of the Terms of Purchase and Use, permission to download, use, and modify one personal copy begins when your account has active access to the Customer Hub and download, rather than waiting for a paid purchase. The same personal-use restrictions in this License apply to the trial copy.
Trial cancellation or a failed trial payment ends online trial Customer Hub access as described in those trial terms. It does not remotely delete or disable downloaded files, affect your own career data or personal outputs, or change a license or access from a separate previous purchase. After a successful trial payment, the existing perpetual license to the purchased version applies. These trial provisions do not change the terms of earlier purchases, other immediate-payment offers, or ClickBank orders.
2. License restrictions
The purchaser may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially provide the Seen & Ready workspace or its included files;
- share the product files or portal credentials with another person;
- post the product, prompts, templates, documentation, or substantial portions of them publicly;
- incorporate the product into another product or service offered to others;
- remove ownership, license, or attribution notices; or
- use the product in violation of law or the Terms of Purchase and Use.
This restriction does not prevent the purchaser from sharing the purchaser's own resume, cover letter, application responses, interview materials, or other personal outputs created through legitimate use of the product.
3. Ownership
Mobius Enterprises LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the Seen & Ready software, prompts, templates, documentation, branding, and original product content. The purchaser retains ownership of the purchaser's career data and the rights the purchaser otherwise holds in personal content.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that information supplied for use in the workspace is truthful and that the purchaser has permission to use it.
4. License duration
The license to the downloaded purchased version is perpetual. It does not include lifetime portal hosting, support, updates, upgrades, future versions, or third-party services. A later Seen & Ready version is not automatically included unless Mobius Enterprises LLC expressly says otherwise.
The license ends if the purchase is refunded or if the purchaser materially violates this License and does not cure the violation after reasonable notice where a cure is appropriate. When the license ends, the purchaser must stop using and delete the product files and copies, while retaining ownership of the purchaser's own career data and personal outputs.
5. Third-party services
The license does not grant rights to OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, Google, job-board, employer, applicant-tracking-system, or other third-party software, content, or services. Those services remain governed by their own terms.
