Seen & Ready Terms of Purchase and Use

These Terms govern the purchase and use of Seen & Ready. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Seen & Ready, you agree to these Terms. The person completing the purchase must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 may purchase one license for a minor's supervised job-search use. In that case, the adult purchaser agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the minor's use. The U.S.-only MVP is not directed to children under 13.
1. What you are purchasing
Seen & Ready is educational and productivity software for a job seeker's own job search. The purchase includes:
- one personal license to the downloaded version of the Seen & Ready workspace;
- access to the protected customer portal while that portal is offered for the purchased version; and
- the support materials described at the time of purchase.
The customer portal is a companion download and support surface. The career assistant itself runs from the downloaded workspace in a compatible Codex environment.
2. Price and payment
The price displayed on your order form is the complete product price before any tax that must be collected by law. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your receipt identifies the amount charged and payment method. Payments are processed through Systeme.io and Stripe; Mobius Enterprises LLC does not receive your complete payment-card number.
Different legitimate purchase routes may display different prices. The price shown and accepted on your order form controls your purchase.
2A. Seven-day free trial — direct offer only
These trial terms apply only when you enroll through the Seen & Ready checkout offering seven days free with a card. They do not change the terms of an earlier purchase, a separate immediate-payment offer, or a ClickBank order.
You pay $0 when you enroll. A card is required. One free trial is available per email address.
Your seven-day trial starts when your account has active access to the Seen & Ready Customer Hub and download. It does not start when you open an email, log in, download the files, or first use the product. If access is not confirmed, the trial does not start and no payment is scheduled. Your confirmation shows the exact trial end and cancellation deadline and includes your private cancellation link.
By accepting the card authorization at checkout, you authorize one automatic payment of $29.95 after those seven days unless you cancel before the deadline in your confirmation. This is not a subscription. Payment processing may occur after that deadline; the deadline does not promise that a charge will complete at an exact second.
Use the private link in your confirmation to cancel before the deadline and pay nothing. You will receive a cancellation confirmation. If you cancel, your online trial Customer Hub access ends at the seven-day deadline. If the one automatic payment attempt fails, online trial access ends after the trial, and we will not retry the payment automatically. We will email you a link so you can choose to make the one-time payment yourself.
Ending online trial access does not remotely delete or disable downloaded files and does not change access or rights from a separate previous purchase. A successful $29.95 payment gives you lifetime access to this version, with the downloaded-version license and portal scope described in these Terms and the Customer License. Your 30-day money-back period starts on that successful paid charge date, not on the date you entered your card or started the trial.
For this trial, Stripe collects and saves your card and processes the payment. Our trial service runs on Amazon Web Services, Systeme.io provides the Customer Hub and download access, and Spacemail delivers the trial messages. Mobius Enterprises LLC does not receive your complete payment-card number.
3. Product requirements and third-party services
The supported MVP uses Codex in the ChatGPT desktop app on a compatible Mac or Windows computer. A paid ChatGPT plan is not required for the core workflow, but OpenAI usage limits, feature availability, account eligibility, and software requirements apply. Web search and some optional document-output capabilities may not be available in every account or environment. When web search is not available, you can paste a job listing or description into your workspace.
OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, Google, job boards, employers, and applicant-tracking systems are independent third parties. Their features, terms, availability, and limits can change. Seen & Ready does not include an OpenAI account or paid third-party services.
Seen & Ready is an independent Mobius Enterprises LLC product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI or those other third parties.
4. Your license
Your purchase includes the personal license described in the Customer License. The license is for one purchaser's own job search or one designated minor's supervised job search when purchased by that minor's parent or legal guardian. It does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public posting, sharing the product files with another person, or incorporating the product into another commercial product.
The license to the downloaded purchased version is perpetual unless it ends because of a refund or a material violation of these Terms. Lifetime hosting, support, updates, upgrades, or access to future versions is not included.
5. Your responsibilities
You control the facts used in your job search. You must review the truth, accuracy, completeness, and suitability of every AI-generated statement, resume, cover letter, application answer, research result, interview response, and negotiation communication before using it. Do not submit invented credentials, employment history, accomplishments, metrics, skills, licenses, or other false information.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your customer-portal account and local files;
- obtaining permission to use any information or content you provide;
- confirming that a job remains open before applying;
- complying with employer and third-party website rules; and
- deciding whether, where, and how to apply.
Do not use Seen & Ready to bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, access restrictions, or website security; collect unrelated private information; impersonate another person; or engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory conduct.
6. No employment or professional-services guarantee
Seen & Ready is not a recruiting agency, employment agency, placement service, law firm, tax adviser, immigration adviser, or financial adviser. It does not guarantee job-listing coverage or freshness, ATS passage, employer interest, interviews, offers, employment, compensation, earnings, or timing. Employer decisions and job-market conditions remain outside Mobius Enterprises LLC's control.
AI systems and web sources can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. Seen & Ready is designed to support—not replace—your own review and judgment.
7. Refunds
The purchase is covered by the 30-Day Refund Policy. Approved refunds are full refunds; partial refunds are not offered. A completed refund ends portal access and the product license for the refunded purchase, but it does not affect a customer's separate All Essential Jobs or Job Search Secrets services.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains the information processed for payment, portal access, support, product operations, referrals, and permitted analytics. The downloaded workspace stores career files locally. When you ask ChatGPT or Codex to work with those files, relevant content may be processed under the terms and privacy controls of your OpenAI account.
9. Intellectual property
Seen & Ready's software, prompts, templates, documentation, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Mobius Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your career data and the rights you otherwise hold in your own content.
10. Account and access enforcement
Mobius Enterprises LLC may suspend or end portal access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, security risk, unlawful use, or a material violation of these Terms. We will not use that right to take away a valid license merely because a newer version is released.
11. Changes and legally protected rights
We may update these Terms prospectively as the product or law changes. The effective date above identifies the published version. Material changes apply to future use after reasonable notice and do not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Consumer rights vary by jurisdiction; nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
