This Privacy Notice explains how Mobius Enterprises LLC processes information in connection with the Seen & Ready website, checkout, customer portal, support, referral program, and product operations. It does not replace the privacy terms of OpenAI, Stripe, Systeme.io, Google, a job board, or another service you choose to use.

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use Seen & Ready, we may process:

• Account, contact, and trial information: name, email address, account identifier, trial eligibility and authorization records, trial start and cancellation deadline, and information needed to provide and manage access, cancellation, payment, and support.
• Transaction information: purchased product, price, currency, transaction status, receipt and refund information, billing country, and limited payment details supplied by our payment processors. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
• Portal and product-operation information: enrollment, login and access records, page or lesson views, feature openings, workflow progress, referral actions, outbound-link clicks, and similar first-party or native Systeme.io activity records.
• Support and survey information: messages, troubleshooting details, feedback, and survey responses you choose to provide.
• Referral information: referral identifier, attributed visits and sales, commission status, payout status, and information required to administer eligible payouts.
• Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic records generated by the website, Systeme.io, Stripe, or our infrastructure.

2. Career files and AI conversations

The customer edition of Seen & Ready is a downloaded local workspace. Seen & Ready's customer portal does not store your resumes, cover letters, job records, interview materials, or other career documents. The MVP does not send those files to Mobius Enterprises LLC and contains no phone-home telemetry.

When you ask ChatGPT or Codex to work with local files, relevant content may be processed by OpenAI under the terms, privacy policy, and data controls for your OpenAI account. That processing occurs through the third-party service you choose; it is not storage in the Seen & Ready customer portal. Review your AI provider's current data controls before adding sensitive information.

Do not place passwords, Social Security or national-identification numbers, payment-card or banking details, identity-document scans, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in the workspace.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• process purchases, administer free trials, provide confirmations and receipts, and administer refunds;
• create, secure, and manage customer access and trial cancellation;
• deliver the product, payment-status messages, and support;
• operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve Seen & Ready;
• understand aggregate product use and market validation;
• administer the optional referral program and eligible commissions;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and payment disputes; and
• comply with legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

4. Analytics and advertising

Our sales pages use Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics helps us measure visits, traffic sources, and clicks toward checkout. The Meta Pixel reports sales-page views and product views to help measure our advertising. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays of sales-page interactions, including clicks, scrolling, and how the page is displayed. These services receive technical and browsing information, such as page URLs, campaign tags, browser/device information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

With your optional permission at trial signup, our trial service also sends Meta a verified trial-start event and, when verified, a paid-purchase event. These events may include the event time, payment amount and currency, a protected (SHA-256 hashed) version of your email address, and relevant browser or technical details. Hashing is not anonymization: Meta may match the protected email to information it holds. We use this reporting to measure our ads. We do not send your career files, AI conversations, or complete card details through this reporting.

The trial-signup advertising-measurement box is optional and unchecked by default. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your trial, access, price, cancellation, or payment. A Global Privacy Control signal received at signup prevents this additional server-side sharing even if the box is selected. This choice applies to the additional trial-service reporting, not to the existing sales-page tools described above.

This sales-page measurement does not record card-entry fields on the Stripe payment page or upload the career files stored on your computer to Mobius Enterprises LLC. The downloaded workspace's career files and AI conversations remain subject to section 2 of this Notice.

The customer portal may reserve an inactive space for a future ad unit. The inactive space performs no custom tracking and loads no third-party ad technology. If contextual internal ads are later activated, this Notice will be updated before activation. Targeted advertising, cross-site tracking, or sharing information with a third-party ad network requires a separate decision and any legally required consent or opt-out controls.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Seen & Ready and its service providers use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, checkout, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and basic site operation. On sales pages, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity also use cookies or similar identifiers for the measurement described in section 4. Information about each provider's processing and available privacy choices is in the Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy, and Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Browser settings may allow you to delete or block cookies, but blocking necessary cookies can prevent checkout or portal access.

6. When information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Systeme.io, which hosts the funnels, checkout interface, customer portal, email automation, native activity records, and referral records;
• Stripe, which processes payments, refunds, disputes, and payment fraud;
• Amazon Web Services, which runs the direct trial service and stores the records used to manage trial eligibility, authorization, access timing, cancellation, and payment status;
• Spacemail, which delivers trial confirmations, cancellation confirmations, and customer-initiated payment links; and
• Google, Meta, and Microsoft, which receive the sales-page measurement information described in section 4; Meta may also receive the optional trial-service reporting described there.
• domain, email, security, hosting, and support vendors used to operate Seen & Ready;
• professional advisers and authorities when required for legal, accounting, tax, security, or compliance purposes; and
• a successor in a legitimate merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate protection of the information.

We do not sell personal information for money. Measurement information is disclosed to Google, Meta, and Microsoft as described in section 4 and is also subject to their privacy terms and available choices linked in section 5.

7. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Notice, including customer access, support, referral accounting, fraud prevention, tax and financial records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.

Your local career files remain under your control. Deleting a portal account or receiving a refund does not delete files stored on your own computer or in your third-party AI or cloud accounts.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the MVP. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your portal credentials, computer, local workspace, and backups.

9. Your choices and requests

You may contact privacy@seenandready.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that Mobius Enterprises LLC controls, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for transactions, security, tax, disputes, or other legal obligations. Rights and exceptions vary by state.

Marketing messages, if offered, will include the legally required opt-out. Transactional purchase, access, security, and support messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the product.

10. Children

Seen & Ready is a general job-search product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact privacy@seenandready.com.

11. U.S.-only MVP and changes

The MVP is offered to U.S. customers. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to their terms and safeguards. We may update this Notice as the product, vendors, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
